Broken item in shipping

Less than 1% of our packages receive damage during transit. This is due to the high level of care in our packaging of your items. While our goal is to have zero damaged shipments, Breakage does happen time to time due to the nature of glass items & shipping . In the rare event that 1 or more of your items break; Good news. Your package has shipping insurance!! Please take a picture of your broken item inside the box with packaging and a picture of the shipping label on the outside of the box. Send us your pictures along with which of your items were damaged and we will send a replacement out to you within 3 business days or sooner. PLEASE USE CARE WHEN OPENING YOUR PACKAGE. A BROKEN GLASS CANDLE WILL BE SHARP AND COULD CAUSE INJURY.

Frosting or wet spots on candle

During the fall and winter months - it is possible for some candles to develop a light flakey appearance. This is called "frosting" and is very common with candles made from soy wax. Some candles may also develop clear "wet spots" due to the colder temperatures during shipping, frosting may occur. This will not effect the candle burn or scent throw of your candle. We do not issue refunds for this as this is a normal trait of soy candles.

Wrong Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to make sure you enter the shipping address correctly. Please double check your addresses to make sure they are correct. Especially if you are sending these as a gift. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible if you incorrectly enter the wrong shipping address. I have absolutely no way of knowing if a shipping address is correct or incorrect. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to me, it is your responsibility to pay for the item to be re-shipped. If you happen to catch that the shipping address is wrong BEFORE the item ships, please send me a message and I'm more than happy to enter the correct shipping address for you. How do you ship your items?

Most of my items are shipped USPS 1-3 day Priority mail. I have found that is the least expensive way to ship candles/scrubs as they are so heavy. The larger bulk favor orders are usually shipped Fed Ex.

What ingredients do you use to make your candles?

All of my candles are made out of only the finest ingredients. My mom passed away from lung cancer when I was only 28 years old so it is a huge passion of mine!! We use 100% pure soy wax, gmo-free and all grown in the USA, organic coconut oil, 100% pure cotton wicks and phthalate free fragrance oils. I do not add any chemicals to my candle wax to make them "throw" a stronger scent.

Summer Time Shipping

Due to the fact that candle wax can melt, please be sure in the hot summer months to have someone there to receive your packages when delivered or have them held at the Post Office for pick up.

Can my item be sent as a gift assembled?

Yes, we would love to send your item assembled as a gift for you!! If you can please mark the little box at checkout - This is a gift (there's no additional charge for this) and be sure you are only purchasing 1 in the quantity that works perfect!!

Please note, if you are shipping this to yourself as a gift so that you don't have to assemble it; it will be difficult to add anything to the box. So if you are planning to add items to your gift box I would recommend assembling it yourself. It is quite quick and easy. Here's a video of me putting it together to help. Here

I am purchasing several gift sets can I send them to multiple addresses?

Yes, If you can please purchase them separately per ship to address that works perfect!!

Burning Instructions

The first time you light your candle allow it to burn until the liquid wax covers the entire top of the candle. This breaking in process ensures that it will perform better and more evenly throughout the life of the candle and provide a clean and efficient burning cycle. Keep wick trimmed to ¼” Be sure to trim your wick each time you light it. If you notice black soot coming from the wick your wick is too long. Please extinguish your candle, let the wax harden, trim your wick and then relight. Burning your candle too long willl cause the candle to get too hot allowing for soot, a change in the smell, and the possibility of your candle breaking. Not burning your candle until the wax melts to the edge can cause your candle to bore down the middle. Always burn within sight and never leave your candle unattended. Let candle completely cool before moving or re-lighting. Keep away from Flammable Objects. Keep away from children and pets. Keep candles free from any foreign materials including pieces of wick and matches. Only burn candles on level fire resistant surface. Burn candle in a well ventilated area do not burn in an enclosed space. Do not burn candle more than 4 hrs. at a time. Stop use when only ½” of wax remains. If your candle is shipped when it is cold or it gets too hot the wick may de-attach from the jar and slide to the side causing the jar to crack. Thank you and enjoy your candle safely. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
