Before printing your labels, I will send you an email with the proof for your approval, please keep an eye out for them. I work on proofs mostly over the weekends. Your favors will ship on their scheduled ship date unless you haven't approved your proof. If you need them to ship earlier than the scheduled ship date, please let us know, we can usually accommodate that request. They usually ship UPS but could also ship USPS depending on your location and the size of your order. If you have any special deadlines message me and I'll see what I can do!

The owner was so helpful, overall excellent communication. I really appreciated the help with a last minute change in my order and that she sent a proof of the label before printing. These candles were a huge hit at the baby shower! I got the “blood orange” candle scent which was a nice citrus, not too strong.

Start of communication to when I got notified that my candles had shipped was a week, so very quick. Two of the three boxes arrived in two days via USPS (from OK to CA). Third package today. All well packaged, all candles great. Thank you!
